Personalising an item is simple! Select the product you’d like, and follow the steps to add custom details, such as names or special messages, before adding it to your cart.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist, but keep in mind that once an order has been processed, changes may no longer be possible.
After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to check your delivery status on the carrier’s website.

Shipping
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over £50 within the United Kingdom and the European Union. The discount is automatically applied at checkout.
For orders under £50, we offer standard shipping at a flat rate of £4.99 within the United Kingdom.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 4-7 business days, depending on your location.
Absolutely! Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to be updated.

Return
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to discuss a return or exchange.
Since our products are custom-made, personalised items are generally non-refundable. However, if there is an issue with the quality or a defect, please reach out to us, and we’ll make it right.
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In such cases, we’ll cover the return costs.
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process the refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s completed.
